Billing Help

Your.Org provides billing services for many online subscription websites. If our name appears on one of your credit card or bank statements, it's related to a subscription you have purchased to a website.

All websites that are billed by us will contain our name somewhere on the site itself, as well as a mention in the introductory email you have received when you first signed up. If you have lost your username or password for the site, please contact the owners of the site directly.

If you cannot remember which site you have signed up for:

* Look at the bottom of each site you have recently purchased memberships for. You should see "You will be billed by Your.Org" somewhere on the site.

* Search your email inbox for "your.org" to find the introductory email that was sent when you signed up for the membership. This email will contain subscription and cancellation information.

If you still cannot locate your subscription information we can look up your account if you provide us with some information. Please email noc@your.org with the following information.

If your checking account was billed:

  • Your name
  • Your city and state
  • Bank routing number* (9 digit number on the bottom of one of your checks, between two symbols that look like this :|
  • Last 4 digits of your account number (other long number at the bottom of your checks)

If your credit card was billed:

  • Your name
  • Your city and state
  • Last 6 digits of your credit card number

* Why is this safe to give you this information? First, since we're already billing your account, we already have this information. We would not have been able to charge your account without it. Secondly, providing this amount of information isn't a security risk. Everyone at your bank has the same routing number. The last few digits of your account number aren't enough to do anything with.
